The same seven phases, the same fixed price, the same project manager. We take three or four renovations a year alongside the houses.
Second storeys, rear additions, whole-house renovations, and barn or outbuilding conversions. We are good at the ones where you stay living in the house, because we plan the sequence around that from the start rather than apologising for it later.
Single rooms. A kitchen or a bathroom on its own is somebody else’s job and they will do it better and cheaper than we will.
One thing worth knowing before you hire anyone for a renovation. Tarion and the HCRA licence cover new homes only. Ontario has no provincial licence for renovation contractors at all — anyone can put a magnet on a van. That is why RenoMark exists, and why a current WSIB clearance certificate matters more here than it does on a new build. We carry both. Ask anyone else for theirs.
